3. Replaceable dump rejector rotor blades with high wear resistance stainless steel

 

The rejects separator is an ideal equipment for tailings treatment in waste paper pulping system. Adopting closed operation, no splash of pulp water, good treatment effect, reducing fiber loss, and low slag disposal cost. It is a special equipment for treating tailings of equipment such as fiber separators and pressure screens

 

Rotor: In the middle of the upper and lower shells, there is a high-speed rotating rotor. During operation, the stirring blade and its multiple cleaning plates will impact the entering tail slurry many times to separate the fibers from waste. Under the detergent of the washing water, the fiber leaks into the outlet through the lower sieve plate, and the waste is successively pushed to the waste outlet. It is normal to have no fiber in the waste.

The distance between the cleaning plate on the rotor and the sieve plate below must be strictly controlled between 1-2mm. If the clearance exceeds 2.0mm, the separation effect will deteriorate, which will cause the paste sieve plate and increase the fiber content at the exit of the waste. At this time, the cleaning plate or sieve plate should be replaced to ensure that the gap is within the required range.

When replacing the cleaning sieve plate, it is necessary to strictly control the clearance between the cleaning plate and calculate the corresponding weight to ensure that the rotor is at high speed.
