Drum pulper is used for continuous disintegration and coarse screening of waste paper raw materials at a high concentration (14% -22%).
The machine has a pulping area and a screening area, which can complete the two processes of pulping and screening at one time. The waste paper is fed into the slowly rotating high-consistency pulping area by the conveyor. At a concentration of 14% -22%, as the drum rotates, it is repeatedly dropped to a certain height by the scraper on the inner wall, and it is hard with the drum. The surface of the inner wall is impacted. In this way, due to the mild and effective shear force and the increase in friction between the fibers, the waste paper is separated into fibers, and foreign impurities and films, plastics, grit, rags, etc. are not broken. Due to the continuous rotation of the drum and a slight tilt, the waste pulp advances along this inclination and enters the screening zone through the disintegration zone. In this area, add dilution water from the drum side to dilute the slurry to a concentration of 3% to 4%. The diluted slurry enters the slurry tank through the sieve holes, and light and heavy impurities are recoiled back into the drum and continue to move forward. The end of the drum is ejected.
This machine has a roller-shaped drum, simple structure and novel design. It consists of upper hopper, rotating drum, transmission device, supporting wheel device, blocking wheel device, sealing device, guard and slurry tank.
The outer wall of the rotating drum is inlaid with two large supporting wheels and a large gear. The two large supporting wheels are respectively supported by two sets of small supporting wheels and can rotate on the small supporting wheels.
There are a set of wheel blocking devices on each side of the big supporting wheel on the pulp outlet side to prevent the drum from axial displacement. The big gear on the outer wall of the drum is driven by the pinion of the transmission device to make the drum rotate.
The front part of the drum is a pulping area, and the rear part is a screening area. The feed opening in the crushing area is connected with the upper hopper by a sealing device. The upper hopper is equipped with water inlet and medicine inlet openings; the screening area has a shield, dilution water and a slurry tank. The waste paper enters the drum from the upper hopper, and the pulp enters the pulp pond in the screening area through the pulping area, and the impurities are discharged from the slag discharge port.
The dilution water comes from the water spray pipe installed on the upper part of the rotating drum, and is sprayed from the outside to the inside through the sieve plate at the top of the rotating drum, so that the fibers blocking the sieve holes can be recoiled back into the drum, which not only cleans the sieve holes but also flushes impurities.
