Single layer bottom wire paper making felt(BOM)
Paper felt is a fabric used in the paper industry for paper forming, dewatering and conveying of wet paper presses. The processing method is to first make a thin base fabric with synthetic fibers, and then lay a mixed fiber web of synthetic fibers and a small amount of wool, which is made by needling, chemical treatment, resin finishing and heat setting. Products require good dehydration, smoothness, abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, antibacterial, heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance, etc.
The single-layer bottom mesh papermaking felt is composed of a single-layer bottom mesh layer and a fiber layer. The bottom mesh layer is woven from warp and weft composed of nylon monofilament or monofilament. The organizational structure is set according to different paper machines, different use parts, and different paper types. The fiber layer is layered by chemical fibers of different thicknesses. It has good water drainage, small elongation, easy to wash, light blanket marks, can effectively reduce groove marks, and long service life.

The choice of paper making felt depends on the type of paper produced, the paper grammage and surface modification requirements, the type of paper machine, the environmental conditions in which the felt are used, and the existing carpet cleaning and purification equipment. When the paper surface modification requirements are more stringent, the longitudinal and lateral yarns of the felt bottom net should be thinner, and the structural design requires a smooth surface. High-speed and wide-width paper machines require good strength and stability of the felt, and the grooves, blind holes, and vacuum press rolls require the felt to be stronger. When the press load is high and the surface of the press roller is hard, the mechanical properties of the felt are higher. The blanket configured with high-pressure water washing requires good flocking fastness
