The writing / package jumbo roll paper cutting machine in double rotary blades
I: General description
This machine is used for cutting the jumbo roll paper into paper sheets ,it can get two different size paper sheets in one time cutting.The machine's capacity depends on the working speed, paper grammage and the paper layers, the machine can be used separately with unwind stands and paper accepting table. The machine can also combined be used with the board paper machine.on that time ,it needs to use the suitable drive system with the board paper machine ,so the two machines can coordinate well.
It has two layout styles,left hand machine(the drive part is on the left hand when face to the paper coming direction ) and right hand machine (the drive part is on the right hand when face to the paper coming direction)

III. Structure description
This machine is consist of the frames, paper leading device, slitting device, paper press device, conveyor, paper receiving device and drive part.
1: Frame:includes front frames and back frames,seamless distance pipe
2: paper leading device:
The paper from the paper machine or unwind stands come to the paper leading device firstly.The adjustable hand wheel can make the cross movement for the paper rollsto make the rolls keep in the suitable position, adjustable hand wheel can move the paper rolls forth and back also.
3: slitting device :
paper roll after adjusting, go to the slitting device through the paper leading board,it is made up by the up slitting blades and bottom blades,the up blades distance can be adjusted to get the different size paper width.
4: paper carrying device
it is consist of paper carrying rolls and paper press rubber rolls.paper carrying roll is the drive roll to carry the paper ,the rotarying speed decides the machine speed, the press roll make the paper attached the paper carrying roll closely by the force from the spring on the top of the slope bearings,the spring force can be adjusted by the hand wheel,paper press roll surface covered rubber,which made into sprial shapein each half side to make the paper web plain.
5: cross cutting device
The paper sent out by the first group paper carrying rolls to the first group cross cutting device.
it includes bottom blades and rotary blades.on the condition of the same rotarying speed of the carrying rolls, changing the rotarying speed can get different size paper sheets, after cross cutting, paper comes to the convery paprt.
6: convey device
It is consist of main drive roll and one bedrived roll and the belts.
7: drive part
The paper cutting machine is powered by a motor, and through a complete set of transmission devices, the paper cutting machine runs in coordination. The sprocket on the output shaft of the main motor drives the sprocket on the two toothed chain continuously variable transmissions through the chain. The continuously variable transmission receives power and is output from the two output shafts at a certain speed ratio through a pair of bevel gears in the box . The driving gear of the transmission shaft of the continuously variable transmission drives the driven gear on the shaft end of the first group of paper feed
rollers through the intermediate gear. The driving gear on the transmission shaft of the continuously variable transmission drives the driven gear on the shaft end of the second paper feed roller through the intermediate gear. Because the diameters of the two groups of paper feed rollers are the same and the number of teeth of the driving gear is the same, so Synchronous operation of group feed rollers. The rotation of the paper feed roller forms the main drive of the paper cutter, so the speed of the paper cutter is determined by the speed of the motor. Changing the speed of the motor can change the speed of the paper cutter.
The output shaft of the continuously variable transmission is meshed with the shaft end gear of the first group of rotary knife rollers through the shaft end gear, which drives the second group of rotary knife rollers to rotate. By adjusting the hand wheel on the transmission, different speeds of the rotary knife roller can be obtained, so as to cut into flat paper or paper of different length specifications.
The rotation of the round bottom knife is driven by the sprocket on the first group of paper feed rollers through the chain on the sprocket. The sprocket on the round bottom knife roller drives the sprocket on the shaft end of the active conveying roller through the chain to rotate the active conveying roller, and the canvas conveying belt on the active conveying roller drives the driven conveying roller to rotate.
IV. Machine installation
Preparations before installation:
1: First, organize the installation personnel to be familiar with the structure, function, and characteristics of the machine, and related technical documents and technical requirements.
2: After the machine is unpacked, check the parts according to the packing list and check for damage during transportation.
3: Wash the parts carefully. After cleaning and drying, apply lubricating oil or grease to prevent rust and protect it.
4: The foundation of the machine can be designed and constructed according to the foundation layout drawing. Before installing the machine, it should be checked in detail whether the size and position of the foundation reserve hole is correct.
5: Positioning vertical and horizontal reference lines: The axis line of the first group of paper feed rollers is the horizontal reference line, and the radial center line of the first group of paper feed rollers is the vertical reference line. When used in combination with a board machine, the longitudinal reference line of the board machine is the longitudinal reference line of the paper cutter.
Installation procedures and requirements:
1: Before the machine is installed, first install the bottom rail on the foundation for correction, grout, and wait until the bottom rail and the foundation are firmly connected before installing the machine.
2: The machine's installation program must first install the mainframe, then install the drive and motor, and finally install the paper return rack and paper receiving table.
3: There should be a gap of 25-50 mm between the foundation surface and the bottom surface of the related parts for concrete grouting. The iron block should be used to close the anchor bolts and grout once. 4: When calibrating, the mainframe should be calibrated first, and then the relevant parts should be calibrated accordingly.
5: After installation, the following requirements must be met:
a: The machine should be perpendicular to the ground, and the deviation between bearing center distance and gauge distance should not be greater than 1 mm.
h. The axis of the main motor should be parallel to the axis of the P5 CVT.
