The paper machine electric tightener to correct the wire and felt
Structure: mainly composed of motor, worm gear reducer, bevel gear box, guide screw, flexible, bearing seat, transmission block, shaft, roller, sensor etc. The electric tensioner uses the motor to directly drive the worm gear to transmit the screw rods on both sides to rotate through the bevel gear on the transmission shaft. It is flexibly installed on the screw rod and is sleeved together with the bearing seat. Proximity switches (limit switches) are installed at both ends of the guide rail on the drive side to protect the safety of the tensioner.
