2. Structure and working principle This machine is driven by the motor through the V-belt pulley to drive the active rotor, and the synchronous gear drives the driven gear to drive the driven rotor to rotate. The two rotors do not touch each other and maintain a gap of about 0.4mm. There is a gap of about 0.25mm between the rotor and the pump body and the end cover. During operation, in the lower part of the pump cavity, due to the continuous separation of the two rotors, the volume is expanded. At the upper part, the continuous connection of the two rotors causes the volume to shrink, thus completing the function of suction and exhaust, and creating a vacuum on the suction side. , And the exhaust side is connected to the atmosphere, close to atmospheric pressure
