Paper felt is a fabric used in the paper industry for paper forming, dewatering and conveying of wet paper presses. The processing method is to first make a thin base fabric with synthetic fibers, and then lay a mixed fiber web of synthetic fibers and a small amount of wool, which is made by needling, chemical treatment, resin finishing and heat setting. Products require good dehydration, smoothness, abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, antibacterial, heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance, etc.
The double bottom mesh paper making felt includes a 1 + 1 composite structure and a double bottom fabric. The 1 + 1 composite structure of the bottom screen is made by stacking two types of bottom screens of different thicknesses. According to the requirements of the paper machine and paper type, the thickness of the upper and lower bottom screens can be changed at will.
The double bottom mesh paper making blanket has high line pressure resistance, good elasticity, good water filtration performance, stable size, small elongation and strong strength, and can effectively eliminate vacuum marks, groove marks, blind hole marks and other print marks.
It is suitable for groove press, vacuum press, various compound presses, and large roll diameter presses. Suitable for copying high-grade cultural paper, newsprint, technology paper, various packaging paper, high-grade board (card) paper, etc.

High-speed and wide-width paper machines require good strength and stability of the felt, and the grooves, blind holes, and vacuum press rolls require the felt to be stronger. When the press load is high and the surface of the press roller is hard, the mechanical properties of the felt are higher.
