This equipment is a vertical structure, which is mainly composed of a trough, a rotor, a transmission part, a pulp tray, a bracket and other parts.
The rotor device is composed of a rotor and a bearing support device. The rotor is provided with spiral blades. When the rotor rotates, the slurry moves from the top to the bottom along the surface of the rotor. Finally, the slurry is thrown from the lower part of the container to the groove wall, and then along the groove wall. After being moved to the bottom by the rotor, a strong hydraulic impact and shearing effect will be formed. The pulp will rub and rub each other, and finally disintegrate into a single fiber. At the same time, the friction between the fibers and the chemical action of the deinking agent , The ink peeled off from the fiber surface. The bearing support device adopts a low-friction structure, all of which are non-contact seals except the stuffing box, reducing unnecessary energy loss.
The tank body is welded by steel plates, and the upper part is equipped with angle steel flanges, in order to operate at high concentration and expand the volume when low concentration is discharged. The lower part is equipped with a groove bottom flange which is connected with the pulp outlet. There are three baffles at the bottom of the tank body to promote the circulation of the slurry backflow, and a perforated plate is used as a dilution water channel during high-concentration disintegration. A slurry discharge port is provided at the bottom of the tank, and the slurry is discharged after the disintegration is completed.
The lower part of the tank body is equipped with a transmission part, which is composed of a main shaft, a bearing, a bearing seat and a pulley.
A large-aperture screen can be installed under the rotor according to the process requirements. Replacement of rotor and sieve plate can also be used as low consistency pulper.
The bracket is composed of four pipe columns and reinforcing ribs, which support the trough body. The upper part of the stiffener is welded to the trough body, and the lower part is welded to the bottom plate to make the support stronger.
As a pulper for deinking, it adopts intermittent operation. According to the process flow, it can produce high-concentration pulp and low-concentration pulp.
