The cylinder mold is driven by the felt. The rollers are pressurized on the cylinder mold by a mechanical lever or a pneumatic system. The blanket is pressed on the net cage, which has a preliminary compaction and dehydration effect on the wet paper. And the wet paper completely lifted from the felt. The wet paper web is attached to the felt and run to the next cylinder mold, or run to the press part to further dewater.

Quenching and tempering
The linear pressure of the roller on the wet paper web is very low, about 19.6 ~ 76.4N / cm.
Usually, the vertical roller is offset from the vertical line of the center of the cylinder mold. The roller is off-centered toward the direction of the blanket and pressed to about 1/4 of the diameter of the cage. The tension of the felt forms a pre-pressing effect on the wet paper, which helps to prevent the web from being crushed. The offset of the roll is generally 15 ° -20 °. In order to smoothly remove the water squeezed from the roll and prevent backflow, a water curtain is set at the place where the blanket enters the roll, and the moisture is led out from both sides of the blanket.
The roller should be kept parallel to the cage, otherwise it will easily accelerate the wear of the blanket.
According to the drawings provided by customers or our professional meticulous rigorous drawing, advanced processing technology and equipment are used, and the rubber has good elasticity, moisture resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, and the surface has accurate and uniform hardness. The maximum tolerance of hardness should be within the allowable range, and the aging resistance is good. Ensure that the rubber roller can perfectly fit the customer's paper machine, extend the service life, save costs for customers, and create more revenue.
