Stainless steel inward flow / inflow pressure screen for the paper pulp cleaning
The outer rotor inward flow / inflow pressure screen is an advanced pulp screening equipment, which can be used for pulp screening in the middle of pulping system and for pulp selection in front of the paper machine.
The outer rotor inward flow / inflow pressure screen uses the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sieve drum and the positive pressure of the rotor head as the screening power, and uses the pressure pulse generated by the rotation of the rotor to perform self-cleaning. The unscreened pulp enters the sieve body from the pulp inlet along the tangential direction, qualified fibers flow into the drum from the outside of the drum through the screen holes (slots), and are discharged through the good pulp pipe below the screen drum. The coarse slag is subject to the rotor outside the drum The negative pressure scour at the tail and centrifugal force leave the sieve drum and are discharged from the slag discharge pipe at the bottom of the sieve body.
When the inner rotor inner-flow pressure screen works, the rotor rotates outside the drum, and the slurry flows into the drum from the outside. The direction of the slurry flow is opposite to the direction of the centrifugal force. Sieve plate, effectively keep the sieve plate unblocked. In addition, the outlet of the inner rotor pressure screen of the outer rotor is located below the concentric circle of the rotor. The rotor has less disturbance to the good pulp, the pulp outlet pressure is stable, and the pulsation is low. Therefore, compared with the traditional inner rotor pressure screen, the outer rotor pressure screen has the following advantages:
1. It is more suitable to be equipped with a fine slit sieve drum of 0.15 to 0.25mm to improve the quality of good pulp.
2. Screen holes (slots) are not easy to block, and the production capacity is large.
3. The abrasion of the sieve plate by impurities is small, and the life of the sieve plate is long.
4. The power consumption is saved, and the energy consumption per unit of production can be saved by 20% -60%.
5. The amount of sieving residue is small, which simplifies the tailings treatment process.
6. The discharge pressure is stable and the pulsation is low.
