Structure description:

It consists of two sizing rollers, a pick-up roller, an olive roller, a feed hose, a scraper device, a glue stopping device, and a pneumatic pressurizing device. A rubber feeding tube is arranged above the sizing roller to supply glue between the two rollers, and the amount of glue is controlled by a valve in front of the rubber feeding tube, and a rubber plate with adjustable pressure is arranged on both ends of the sizing roller to prevent glue Run away on both sides of the roll surface to keep excess glue flowing in the glue pan below the sizing roll. 5.scraper device

The scraper device is composed of a bracket, a scraper holder and a lifting device.
